Email support ↗Our standard support operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Our technical team also monitors infrastructure 24/7 for critical outages.
Email is our primary support channel. Indexing and API issues often need log review, which works best via tickets. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Slack channel.
During business hours we aim to respond within 2 hours. Outside business hours, please allow up to 24 hours.
Use a Google account with at least Restricted or Full ownership in Search Console for the domain. If the error persists, send a screenshot and we’ll help.
Because we incur server and API costs for every check, we generally don’t refund used credits. If a technical error on our end blocked you, reach out and we’ll make it right.
API docs live in the dashboard after you create an account—covering bulk URL submission, status checking, and webhook integrations.
