CLIENT PORTFOLIO · INDEX COVERAGE · ONE WORKFLOW
Stop Guessing Which Client Pages Are Indexed.
Your agency does content, landing pages, technical SEO, and backlinks. BulkIndexCheckr checks and monitors indexing across the whole client portfolio — up to 50,000 URLs per batch, separate projects, multiple Google Search Console accounts, and recurring checks.
No GSC connection needed to get started checking public URLs. Free checks are available.

01 / THE OPEN QUESTION
Your team delivered the work. Is Google indexing it?
The work is complete. The deliverables are all in. The index question is still open.
CONTENT TEAM

OFF-PAGE TEAM

Before the monthly report: which of those pages are actually in Google’s index?
HOW IT USUALLY HAPPENS
- –URL lists collected from different people
- –Multiple Search Console properties, page by page
- –A spreadsheet that is already out of date
WITH BULKINDEXCHECKR
The issue is not missing SEO data. Indexing checks are scattered across clients, campaigns, tools, and reporting. BulkIndexCheckr turns those checks into a workflow the team can repeat.
02 / INDEX VISIBILITY
Stop making index visibility an afterthought.
Less time assembling the data. More time understanding it and acting on it.
01
Large inventories
Check large URL lists without entering each URL one by one.
02
Separate projects
Keep clients and campaigns in their own projects.
03
Scheduled rechecks
Recheck important URLs automatically.
04
Indexed vs investigate
See which URLs are indexed and which need a closer look.
05
Client-ready history
Use project history and indexing activity in client updates.
03 / ONE AGENCY DASHBOARD
One agency dashboard for the websites you manage.
Your clients are separate. Your index monitoring does not have to be.
Fifteen client sites should not mean fifteen indexing workflows. Create a project per domain, campaign, or URL group. Each one keeps its own URLs, checks, and schedule. Connect multiple Google Search Console accounts with OAuth and open the verified properties on those accounts.
Local business
Service pages and location URLs stay in their own project.
Content publisher
New articles land in a project you can recheck on a tight schedule.
E-commerce catalog
Canonical product and category URLs stay out of filter noise.
WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR AGENCY
Account manager
Opens the client indexing overview. No spreadsheet rebuild.
Technical SEO
Goes straight back to the URL list that needs work.
The whole team
One process across accounts, instead of a different routine per client.
04 / CHECK WHAT MATTERS
Check the URLs that matter, not just the ones that are easy to find.
An 8,000-URL sitemap plus a fresh crawl is mostly noise. Start with the pages that should be eligible for indexing.
Batches of up to 50,000 URLs, subject to your available checking credits. Results split indexed and not indexed, so the review list is the exception set.
200 pages meant to be indexed
A short list to validate in Search Console, instead of 200 URLs from scratch.

Investigate and prioritize
BulkIndexCheckr tells you where to look. Your SEO judgment tells you what to fix.
05 / STILL INDEXED TODAY?
A client page was indexed last month. Is it still indexed today?
One audit is a snapshot. Schedules live on each project, so calendar reminders are not the system.
DAILY
24hClose watch
News publishers, fast catalogs, and launch pages that need a close watch.
WEEKLY
7dActive retainers
Active retainers, new content programs, and ongoing technical work.
MONTHLY
30dStable sites
Stable sites that still need a regular pass on index coverage.
Know what changed since the last review
The same URL list is rechecked and compared with the previous run. The list does not get rebuilt when the next reporting period starts.
Did a landing page get indexed?
Did an important URL leave the index?
Are recently fixed pages still not indexed?
06 / AGENCY WORKFLOWS
Built around the work your agency actually does.
Five jobs the index check sits inside, not beside.
01
New client SEO audits
Find the indexing gaps before you set the strategy. Import the URLs you want indexed, run a bulk check, and take the exceptions into Search Console. That baseline is the starting point for the technical audit.
02
Ongoing content SEO
Know what happened after Publish. Add new articles to the right projects. If a batch stays out, fix that pattern before the next batch ships.
03
Migrations and technical SEO
Redirects, canonicals, and crawlability do not prove Google indexed the right URLs. Put affected URLs in a project and recheck through the recovery window.
04
E-commerce catalogs
Import the canonical product and category list, then watch launches, key collections, and catalog changes without opening every URL.
05
Backlinks and guest posts
Public URL checks do not need Search Console ownership. A public result is a shortlist of placements worth opening by hand — not proof the link passes value.
07 / CLIENT REPORTING
Turn index checks into clearer client conversations.
Report what you checked, not only what you published.
Calendars, audits, and keyword reports are already in the deck. The gap is the work between publish and a confirmed index status. Project results, counts, history, and submission activity are the evidence.
01
What did we check?
The URLs meant to be indexed: new content and pages touched by a technical change.
02
What did we find?
Which URLs came back indexed, and which are flagged for another look.
03
What changed?
Flagged URLs that are in now, or previously indexed pages that need another pass.
04
What happens next?
URLs to open, issues to fix, and pages that stay on the monitoring list.
EXAMPLE CLIENT UPDATE
“We looked at the recently published service and blog pages. Most are indexed. The rest need a pass in GSC. We are checking those for technical or content issues and will keep watching them after the fix.”
More useful than telling the client that indexing takes time and then leaving it there.
08 / THE PROCESS
Make index monitoring part of your agency’s SEO process.
You do not need to rebuild the rest of the SEO operation to start.
01
Build a client project
One project per website, campaign, or URL group. Import by paste, CSV, TXT, or sitemap. Connect a verified Search Console property when you want GSC data in the same place.
02
Set the indexing baseline
Run the first bulk check. Read indexed and not indexed against the URLs you expect Google to keep. That is the screening set.
03
Investigate the exceptions
Commercial URLs, new pages, and known technical issues first. Use Search Console and your diagnostic tools for the why. Fix the cause before more indexing actions.
04
Schedule the follow-up
Daily, weekly, or monthly, per client. The project is rechecked and the updated results are waiting.
05
Report from the same list
Latest status, what changed, and what is still open. The next cycle starts from the monitor, not from another manual URL hunt.
09 / TOGETHER WITH GSC
Google Search Console tells you why. BulkIndexCheckr helps you know where to look.
GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE
The why

BULKINDEXCHECKR

Together they make the indexing review a process, not a one-off export.
10 / SCALE
Your agency’s indexing workload will increase. The manual process does not have to.
Checking 8,000 URLs once is not the hard part. Knowing which pages to open, across clients, when an account manager asks — that is.

11 / FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
How agencies use BulkIndexCheckr to check client URLs, connect Search Console, and keep monitoring on a schedule.
Talk to the teamYes. BulkIndexCheckr supports public URL index checks without requiring a connection to GSC. That is useful for initial audits and for third-party URLs. For the authoritative indexing data on your own client sites, you will want to use the verified Search Console data.
Yes. You can connect multiple Google accounts via OAuth and access the verified Search Console properties from BulkIndexCheckr.
BulkIndexCheckr can take up to 50,000 URLs in a batch. Your available credits and account limits will limit your actual volume of checks. You can get going with free checks.
Yes. Scheduling is set at the project level, so you can check one client daily and another weekly or monthly.
The Bulk Index Checker will identify URLs as either indexed or not indexed according to its own method of checking. A status result in itself does not tell you why a page is missing. To get to the root of the problem, look at the URL in Google Search Console and check its technical setup and content.
No. Google makes indexing decisions. BulkIndexCheckr is a tool that allows agencies to check URLs, monitor changes, and then follow up accordingly. Submitting an indexing request in no way guarantees that the page will be crawled, indexed, or ranked.
The platform supports multiple GSC accounts, unlimited projects, large URL inventories, and recurring checks. The actual number of URLs you can process will be subject to your account usage limits and available credits.
CHECK / MONITOR / REPORT / FOLLOW UP
You are already responsible for the SEO work. Get a clearer view of what Google has indexed.
You cannot control every indexing decision Google makes. You can control whether the agency checks the key URLs, finds the pages that need a look, and follows up — as part of the operating process, not a spreadsheet you restart every month.
